Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution field.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution field.
• Computer literate with Windows-based programs.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to create charts, reports, and spreadsheets.
• ERP/WMS systems knowledge required.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Team-oriented and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Forklift certification per OSHA standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communications with department supervisors and managers.
• Address customer concerns and assist in problem solving.
• Assist in recruiting new employees and administer HR policies and safety procedures.
• Train new hires and existing staff on warehouse functions and safety policies.
• Maintain awareness of operational issues and provide updates to management.
• Prioritize, schedule, and delegate tasks; monitor progress.
• Ensure quality and productivity standards are met by staff.
• Oversee equipment and supplies maintenance and usage.
• Compile weekly/monthly data for management reporting and KPI tracking.
• Manage budget and control expenses; assist with payroll and site billing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
