Responsibilities

• Support the warehouse team in all aspects of development, including employee engagement and performance management.
• Foster and support a collaborative team environment.
• Identify priorities and provide clear direction to achieve team goals.

• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse.
• Manage labor costs to align with business needs.

• Develop expertise in optimizing internal racking equipment.
• Partner with Procurement to source and negotiate with contract vendors for storage, transportation, and leased equipment.
• Use tools to measure vendor effectiveness, driving cost reduction and service enhancement.

Our client is seeking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor to manage the shipping, receiving and material handling functions.

Position Overview: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Spartanburg County, SC (full time, onsite position)

Reports into: Warehouse Manager

This role oversees all elements related to storage, distribution, transportation, import/export compliance, and the relevant IT applications. The supervisor will lead and develop a high-performing team that effectively supports manufacturing and meets customer requirements.
