Job summary

Trillium Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution across multiple shifts to ensure accurate, on-time orders.

You will lead FIFO compliance, support WMS implementation, train staff, and partner with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, and IT to drive inventory accuracy and safe, efficient warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse leadership experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or food production environment.
• Experience managing multi-shift warehouse operations required.
• Experience with WMS implementation and optimization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, material movement, and outbound shipping.
• Ensure efficient distribution of raw materials to production and timely shipment of finished goods to customers.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures that improve productivity, accuracy, and safety.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
