Job summary

Ontic Creedmoor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory control, kitting and shipping within a fast-paced aerospace environment. You will coach staff, set priorities and drive accuracy and efficiency in material flow to support production and on-time customer deliveries.

You will partner with Planning, Procurement, Quality and Manufacturing to resolve shortages, improve processes and ensure traceability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in warehouse operations, materials management or manufacturing.
• 5+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, cycle counting and accuracy.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and maintaining inventory records.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, movement, storage, inventory control, kitting, cycle counting and shipping.
• Coach and develop warehouse personnel with clear daily priorities and accountability.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions within Epicor ERP and maintain traceability.
• Drive inventory record accuracy and investigate discrepancies with corrective actions.
• Coordinate material availability and shortages with Planning, Procurement, Quality and Manufacturing.
• Champion continuous improvement through standardized work and visual management.
