Job summary

Ontic Creedmoor is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, manage inventory accuracy, and support production schedules. You will supervise staff, drive safe and efficient material flow, and coordinate with planning and procurement to prevent shortages.

The role requires a hands-on leader with 10+ years in warehousing, strong ERP/MRP experience, and a track record of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in warehouse operations or related field.
5+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong understanding of inventory management and cycles counting.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and maintaining inventory records.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Hands-on leadership style with ability to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, movement, storage, and shipping.
Supervise and develop warehouse personnel with clear priorities.
Ensure accurate inventory transactions and traceability in ERP.
Coordinate material availability to support production schedules.
Drive continuous improvement through standardized work and visual management.
