Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse support specialist to help move products efficiently and accurately within our US distribution network. The role focuses on inbound/outbound activities, inventory control, and order fulfillment, with emphasis on maintaining stock integrity and timely shipments.

Candidates should have 3+ years in warehouse operations, familiarity with inventory reconciliation, and a CSCP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, or inventory control.
• Familiar with stock reconciliation and transaction accuracy.
• CSCP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and effective order fulfillment.
• Prepares shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines.
• Reconciles inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity.
• Monitors stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks.
• Investigates damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions to determine causes and support timely resolution.
• Documents shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain accurate warehouse visibility.
