Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support distribution services in the US. The role involves monitoring temperature-sensitive materials, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring accurate shipment documentation.

You will coordinate material movement and prepare packaging for outbound activity in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position requires a HS diploma or GED and up to 2 years in related roles, with CSCP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support or related fields.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of temperature-controlled handling and cold chain requirements for sensitive products.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas for timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues for timely follow-up.
