Job summary

You will update stock balances and respond to inquiries to ensure accurate, timely operations. Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in warehouse-related roles; CSCP or similar certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records.
• Enters warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately.
• Routes materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing.
• Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review.
• Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy.
• Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.
