Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the implementation of strategic environmental health & safety (EHS) processes across the home site and Supply Chain network.

You will foster safety and prevention, oversee audits, and drive regulatory compliance in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Health, Engineering or related discipline and 7+ years of experience, with ASP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in Safety or Occupational Safety and Health (preferred).
• ASP certification or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of strategic EHS processes across the home site and Supply Chain network.
• Develop and maintain site-specific EHS programs and procedures.
• Oversee audits, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Engineering/Facilities/Training teams to drive safety improvements.
