Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Process Analyst to optimize warehouse performance, improve productivity, and reduce costs through Lean principles and data analytics. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, IT, and Planning to translate data into actionable improvements across receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and returns.

The role focuses on developing standard work, daily management routines, and strategic projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve warehouse performance dashboards and scorecards for key metrics.
• Analyze data from WMS, ERP, and labor systems to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Translate data insights into recommendations and action plans for leadership.
• Support daily performance routines, CI initiatives, and project deployment.
