Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Senior Manager, E2E Performance Management, Data & Analytics, to lead end-to-end performance capabilities across supply chain functions. You will translate strategy into measurable outcomes, define KPI definitions and scorecards, and partner with regional and global leaders to drive proactive data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong leadership, executive communication, and the ability to influence across functions and geographies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in relevant field.
8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or analytics.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing performance management.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and harmonization of E2E performance management frameworks.
Define metric hierarchies, definitions, governance, and escalation workflows.
Lead standardized performance review cadences across regions and functions.
Embed structured problem solving, root cause analysis, and action following performance gaps.
Collaborate with Digital and Data teams to shape data foundations and BI solutions.
Define requirements for dashboards, scorecards, analytics products, data models, and visualizations.
Demonstrate leadership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
Coach and develop team members in performance management and analytics.
