Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume, system-driven workflows through Appian / DOL (e.g., POs, NPAs, retained supplier pricing updates).
• Ensure all transactions are fully documented, accurate and completed on time.
• Act as first line of quality control, identifying inconsistencies before escalation.
• Support pricing governance and financial analysis with data consolidation and validation.
• Build structured datasets to support pricing reviews and financial validations.
• Track open pricing questions and supplier responses for traceability.
• Prepare supplier price comparison views and variance analyses.
• Support demand, inventory and supply flow analytics for MOLs and MPAs.
• Reconcile material-level datasets to ensure financial accuracy across systems.
