Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Process Analyst to drive warehouse performance improvements across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. You will analyze data from WMS, ERP, and labor tools to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost efficiency and service level enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Logistics, Engineering or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, APICS, project management or related certification preferred.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain warehouse performance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for key metrics (productivity, on-time shipment, inventory accuracy).
• Analyze data from WMS, ERP, and labor tools to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Translate insights into actionable business cases and plans for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement future-state workflows and pilot improvements.
