Job summary

Bechtel Medical DME is seeking a Warehouse Ops & Device Services Supervisor to manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and safety, while directing device service activities conducted by mechanical technicians.

The role requires coordinating testing, refurbishment, and maintenance work, ensuring protocols are followed, and maintaining traceable records for compliance and audit readiness. On-site, full-time in Phoenixville, PA.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations; experience coordinating with technical/QC staff is a plus.
• Prior experience supervising or leading a small team.
• Working knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating equipment maintenance or vendor service relationships.
• Familiarity with FIFO inventory practices, especially for expiration-dated products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipping/receiving operations for all product lines.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and timely processing of shipments.
• Maintain FIFO rotation for disposables and dated products.
• Maintain records to support lot traceability and recall readiness.
• Manage inventory status for product awaiting testing or in quarantine.
