Bechtel Medical DME is seeking a Warehouse Staff / Laborer to support warehouse operations in receiving, staging, storing, and shipping durable medical equipment. Forklift experience and a strong safety mindset are essential to move inventory safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has prior shipping/receiving experience, can lift and maneuver heavy items, maintain accurate records, and work reliably with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Prior shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a warehouse environment for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory and orders.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stage incoming durable medical equipment and supplies.
• Operate a forklift to move, load, and store inventory safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and prepare equipment for shipping and delivery, ensuring accuracy against orders.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse storage areas.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Follow proper safety procedures and protocols in all warehouse activities.
• Inspect equipment for damage or defects and report issues as needed.
• Support other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION

• $20.00 - $25.00 per hour commensurate on experience
