Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is hiring a Warehouse Operator II to safely operate forklifts and support our warehouse operations. This role involves ensuring accurate shipping, receiving, and a well-organized workspace under supervision.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in Manufacturing and/or Warehousing.
• Ability to obtain valid forklift operator certification.
• Proven experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment in a warehouse or distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move materials within the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to designated areas.
• Load and unload trucks, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against relevant documentation such as bills of lading and packing lists.
• Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and equipment and report maintenance or safety issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by performing cycle counts and updating inventory management systems.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas with proper labeling and accessibility.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to coordinate daily activities and priorities.
• Provide updates and report issues to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials accurately for shipment; follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
