Job summary

You will operate gas- and electric-powered forklifts to move, load, unload, stack, and transport materials across the facility while ensuring inventory accuracy and adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Minimum 5 years of forklift experience in warehouse settings.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety, and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and equipment to move, load, unload, stack, and transport materials.
• Load/unload vehicles and manage raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize warehouse spaces.
• Perform safety inspections and follow OSHA requirements.
• Identify and report discrepancies and improve processes where possible.
• Provide training or guidance to less experienced teammates as needed.
