Job summary

Emmi Roth is seeking a Packaging Team Member to support production in a food manufacturing environment. You will load packaging materials, operate packaging equipment, and help ensure product quality and labeling accuracy.

You will also assist in inventory and sanitation tasks, while complying with ERU safety policies and GMP standards. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting within our Wisconsin facility.

Qualifications

• Experience operating packaging machinery is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Load packaging materials into equipment and assist in packaging cheese products.
• Operate packaging machinery as required and monitor quality.
• Move materials within the facility using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Perform quality checks and maintain proper labeling and documentation.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and work areas following safety procedures.
• Assist in inventory checks and report shortages to supervisors.
• Follow ERU food safety policies and safety protocols.
