Job summary

Robesonia Logistics LLC is seeking a Warehouse Shift Operations Manager to plan and coordinate a warehouse shift, ensuring quality, safety, and production requirements are met or exceeded. You will oversee daily shift operations, lead Warehouse Supervisors, and take action to protect labor standards and timely completion.

The role requires coaching staff, implementing performance management, and participating in budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee daily shift operations including selection, shipping, receiving, cross docking and trailer loading.
• Lead and manage Warehouse Supervisors in safe, efficient operations.
• Resolve problems impacting daily labor standards and timely shift completion.
• Monitor labor standards and take action to ensure targets are met.
• Conduct performance management including annual appraisals and training plans.
• Ensure coaching and counseling per policies and procedures.
• Participate in determining department operating budget.
