Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production, scheduling and staffing, ensuring KPI standards are met and safety procedures followed. You will coordinate with multiple departments, resolve conflicts and coach staff to improve performance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least four years in the logistics industry and two years in supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four years industry experience required.
• Two years supervisory required.
• Certifications may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Execution of KPI standards and operational procedures.
• Coordinate daily and weekly activities, planning workloads and staffing accordingly.
• Accountable for production, supervision and discipline of employees, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards.
• Enforce policy and procedure compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments within the company.
• Respond to and solve production problems.
• Train employees on job specific duties and develop employees through coaching.
• Make suggestions and show initiative for process improvements.
• Effectively communicate with clients, vendors and employees.
• Assist Operations Manager with planning and budget process.
• Other duties as assigned.
