Mike Hudson Dist. is seeking a Warehouse Produce Supervisor to guide the planning, warehousing, and control of materials, ensuring efficient, timely, and compliant operations.

The role reports to the Manager/Director and supports product launches through effective material acquisition and inventory management. The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in a high-level management role with P&L accountability, along with produce or food distribution experience and solid knowledge

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years in high-level management.
• Minimum five years of related experience with P&L responsibility.
• Produce/food distribution experience required.
• Working knowledge of USDA and FDA compliance.

Mansioni

• Oversee planning, warehousing and control of materials from forecasted replenishment to finished goods inventory.
• Ensure compliance with USDA and FDA regulations and uphold ethical standards.
• Lead product planning processes to secure timely material acquisition for launches.
• Manage warehouse operations to maximise efficiency, timeliness and accuracy of deliveries.
• Drive special projects and help set annual goals aligned with corporate objectives.
• Hire, coach, and mentor teams and participate in Executive Management activities.
