Responsibilities

• Drives execution of multiple business plans and projects, identifying customer and operational needs.
• Manages budgets, timelines, and governance for projects; delivers status reports to stakeholders.
• Evaluates ongoing plans and initiates improvements to drive efficiency and performance.
• Supports and develops associates, mentors teams, and promotes a culture of belonging.
