U.S. AutoForce in Spokane, WA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee 80% management responsibilities across logistics, warehousing and inventory control, and to ensure safety and security of the facility.

Lead supervisors and office staff, develop training plans, manage budgets, improve processes, coordinate with HR on staffing, and strengthen vendor relations to meet customer service goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 2+ years warehouse/operations leadership or 6+ years warehouse/ops experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse processes including inventory management, transportation, and customer service; lead 80% of duties.
• Provide timely, accurate reports on warehouse operations to Regional Manager.
• Communicate issues, programs, decisions, and actions to leadership and other departments.
• Maintain and secure warehouse facilities and equipment; ensure clean, orderly operations.
• Develop and mentor personnel; conduct regular performance reviews and training plans.
• Coordinate hiring, training, and staffing with Human Resources.
• Drive safety programs; conduct monthly safety meetings and incident investigations.
• Lead loss prevention efforts and maintain security measures equipment and procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales to meet customer needs and service levels.
• Support strategic initiatives, project management, and process improvements.
• Plan capital and operating budgets; manage warehouse expenses.
