Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• Several years of progressive warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Previous management or supervisory experience in a high-volume warehouse.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Experience with WMS/ERP and Microsoft Office.
• Analytical, organized, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of safety and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and controls.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff.
• Ensure safety procedures and compliance in daily operations.
• Analyze performance and implement efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics for scheduling.
