Job summary

JFC Operations is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to direct daily warehouse activities, staffing, and safety programs. You will manage inbound, picking, packing, and shipping activities while coordinating with inventory, IT, and HR to ensure high service levels and cost-efficient operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s is a plus) and 4 years in planning/management within distribution or supply chain, with experience in WMS (Manhattan) and ERP (SAP/JBA) tools highly

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 4 years experience in planning and management in distribution/ supply chain.
• WMS experience (Manhattan) and ERP (SAP or JBA) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily warehouse operations and staffing.
• Plan labor needs based on forecasts and management input.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and OSHA compliance across the facility.
• Coordinate with inventory, IT, traffic, and HR for smooth operations.
• Produce timely operations reports and maintain KPI tracking.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and safe operation of warehouse tools.
