AJR Enterprises, LLC, a UFP Technologies company, seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee warehousing operations, control inventory, and supervise shipping at our St. Charles, IL facility.

You will drive safety, efficiency, and staff development while coordinating with other functions to meet organizational goals. The role reports to the Director of Supply Chain and requires 3–5 years of warehousing leadership, ERP experience, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Formación

• Experience in warehousing and management roles.
• ERP experience with Sage 100 preferred.
• Bi-lingual English–Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee warehousing operations and supervise staff.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper storage.
• Manage shipping and logistics for timely delivery.
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and finance teams.
• Lead 5S initiatives and continuous improvement.
