Job summary

Priority Tire is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Charlotte, NC to oversee inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role drives productivity, manages P&L, and leads the warehouse team to maintain safety, compliance, and high-quality service in a fast-paced e-commerce and wholesale environment.

You will plan labor, monitor performance, and optimize utilization while coordinating with HR for staffing and development.

Qualifications

• 5 years in Warehouse Operations and Distribution Management.
• 5 years in E-commerce operations.
• 5 years in HR policies and regulations.
• 5 years with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Are you a dynamic leader ready to drive warehouse operations? As our Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of our e-commerce and wholesale warehouse, including P&L responsibility. This means you'll manage revenue, expenses, and the team to ensure optimal performance. About the Role:

You will oversee inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, and value-adding servicing to ensure seamless warehouse operations. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

In this role, you will:

• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure adherence to safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Understand the financial impact of your decisions to help you align your actions with the overall company objectives to increase the company's market share.
• Plan labor, monitor performance, and lead the warehouse team with a positive, problem-solving attitude, focusing on innovation and results.
• Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order accuracy, shipping time, and inventory turnover, to ensure quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to increase warehouse utilization.
• Ensure proper utilization of all company assets, coordinating repairs as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR to execute human resource functions, including recruiting, hiring, motivating, and disciplining employees.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team performance to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

• Warehouse Operations and Distribution Management: 5 years
• E-commerce: 5 years
• HR Policies and Regulations: 5 years
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience: 5 years
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
• NetSuite or RF Smart experience.
• Inventory management skills.
• Lean training/process improvement experience.
• Forklift Certification.
• Forklift Training Certification.
• Driver's License.

Salary:

Competitive Compensation based on experience.

• Days: Monday - Friday
• On-site hours are typically 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
