Job summary

Priority Tire is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Charlotte, NC to oversee inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role drives productivity, manages P&L, and leads the warehouse team to maintain safety, compliance, and high-quality service in a fast-paced e-commerce and wholesale environment.

You will plan labor, monitor performance, and optimize utilization while coordinating with HR for staffing and development.

Qualifications

• 5 years in Warehouse Operations and Distribution Management.
• 5 years in E-commerce operations.
• 5 years in HR policies and regulations.
• 5 years with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational productivity by controlling labor costs, overtime, and staffing levels.
• Partner with HR to recruit, hire, motivate, and discipline staff.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team performance for a high-performing environment.
• Support employee development through cross-training and hands-on learning.
