Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations leader for its on-site Hudson, WI distribution center. You will lead outbound distribution, coach a team of supervisors and hundreds of associates, and drive continuous improvement to meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires experience in warehouse environments, ERP systems (SAP/Manhattan), and strong change leadership. Travel up to 10% may be required to support operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading operational teams, managing performance, and fostering continuous improvement.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive supervisory or management experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize outbound distribution operations including order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Provide leadership and development for a team of 3 direct-report supervisors and ~75 indirect-report associates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma or similar methods to enhance productivity and service levels.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance ( OSHA, DEA, FDA, state/local), and adherence to company policies.
