Job summary

KeHE Distributors seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee multiple departments within a single distribution center, driving performance to meet targets. You will lead teams, ensure safety, and optimize productivity and accuracy across shifts.

You will champion LEAN initiatives, collaborate with leadership to reduce costs, and maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness in a dynamic, employee‑owned distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of motivating teams and driving operational excellence.
• Experience with LEAN or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other operational software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and associates across multiple shifts, ensuring resources and training to meet performance goals.
• Drive safety programs and ensure a zero-injury work environment with audits, inspections and training.
• Oversee multiple warehouse functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations across shifts; balance productivity and quality.
• Champion LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Set performance KPIs and collaborate with teams to achieve safety, productivity, accuracy, and cleanliness.
