The ideal candidate has 10+ years in warehousing leadership (5+ in management), food/beverage experience, and ERP familiarity with Ross or Aptean. Strong coaching and cost-saving initiatives are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive warehouse/distribution leadership experience, including 5+ years in management.
• Food or beverage industry experience with lot tracking, traceability, and stock rotation in a regulated environment.
• Experience partnering with production, logistics, and supply chain functions.
• Demonstrated success coaching and developing teams.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems; Ross/Aptean ERP experience is a significant plus.
• Strong communication skills from floor to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily and strategic warehouse operations with accountability for safety, quality, throughput, inventory accuracy, service, and cost performance.
• Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams with a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Establish and manage warehouse KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee inbound materials, staging, and timely material supply to production.
• Own inventory control and traceability, including lot-code tracking and cycle counting.
• Ensure loading/unloading, on-time shipping, accuracy, and SOP compliance.
