Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Five+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field.
• Five+ years or more managing, leading and developing direct reports.
• Three+ years or more Profit & Loss responsibility preferred.
• One year or more customer interaction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with the customer to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
• Strategic operational planning and execution for the operation.
• Identify and solve operational issues with LEAN initiatives to strengthen team and results.
• Hire, supervise, develop and manage performance for employees and maintain a positive environment.
• Maintain open and effective communications within the work groups and other groups; review data and take action.
• May manage the profit and loss statements based on the complexity and scope of the organization.
• Lead a proactive safety program to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
