Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years Team Lead/Supervisor experience.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse supervision and operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute workflow in the warehouse with emphasis on safety, sanitation, cost control and productivity.
• Lead the Cold Crew and maintain positive staff relationships and company culture.
• Oversee labor allocation, overtime decisions, scheduling, timecards, and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to good warehousing practices, food safety standards, and inventory accuracy.
• Act as liaison between warehouse staff and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
