Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Senior Manager - Warehouse Operations at the Pelzer Integrated Solutions Campus to lead strategic and operational warehouse initiatives. The role oversees Receiving, Inventory Control, Material Handling, Production Support, and Shipping, driving standardization and ERP governance to ensure inventory accuracy and on-time customer deliveries.

Qualifications

6-8 years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading warehouse teams across multi-site operations.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, material flow, shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination.
Experience working within Oracle ERP or comparable enterprise warehouse management systems.
Proven ability to lead teams, drive operational improvements, and implement standardized warehouse processes.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Develop standardized warehouse processes, KPIs, and best practices across facilities.
Build a scalable warehouse organization to support growth.
