Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Senior Manager – Warehouse Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for warehouse activities across the Pelzer Integrated Solutions Campus, coordinating multiple facilities within an Oracle ERP environment.

This role ensures safe, efficient, and standardized material flow from receiving to customer shipment while maintaining inventory integrity and ERP transaction accuracy.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and supporting multi-site or multi-functional operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, material flow, shipping, receiving, and logistics.
• Experience working with Oracle ERP or comparable enterprise warehouse management systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive operational improvements, and implement standardized warehouse processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all warehouse operations across the campus.
• Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Managers and leadership teams.
• Develop and implement standardized warehouse processes, KPIs, and best practices.
• Oversee receiving, inventory control, material handling, production support, and shipping.
• Ensure ERP transactions are compliant with Oracle ERP processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction across operations.
• Champion safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Foster accountability and staff development across warehouse teams.
