Job summary

GALLO is seeking a Senior Manager of Warehouse Operations to lead end-to-end warehouse activities for beverages, raw materials, and supplies. You will set plans and KPIs to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficient product flow while aligning labor, equipment, and space with production needs and customer commitments.

You will develop warehouse leaders through coaching, training, and performance management, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree with distribution/logistics experience; or high school plus extensive experience.
• Supervisory or managerial experience.
• 24 hour management availability for warehouse operations.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds; varied climatic conditions.
• MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience solving practical problems with limited standardization.
• Travel to offices/sites up to 5% of time; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse activities for beverages, finished goods, and materials.
• Set plans, standards, and KPIs to ensure safe, compliant, accurate product flow.
• Develop warehouse leaders through coaching, training, and succession planning.
• Manage budgets and capital spending; collaborate with site leaders.
