Job summary

Shipfusion Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee day-to-day operations in our Las Vegas area facility. You will supervise picking, packing, shipping, and related workflows, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency while delivering on SLAs and productivity targets.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in a warehouse setting, be fluent in English (Spanish a plus), and possess the ability to coach and motivate a growing team. Proficiency with Excel and warehouse tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring picking, packing, and shipping meet SLAs.
• Coordinate with Supervisors and team leads to maintain workflow and inventory accuracy.
• Provide ongoing training and development to warehouse staff.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and safety concerns.
