Job summary

Comfort Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Warehouse in Houston to lead warehouse operations across facilities. You will coach managers, establish KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, efficient material flow aligned with production and project schedules.

The role requires 6+ years in warehouse/supply chain leadership, strong ERP/WMS knowledge, and solid budgeting skills. This position is on-site and partnered with manufacturing and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in progressive warehouse or supply chain management with leadership experience
• Experience aligning warehouse resources with production and project demand
• Strong knowledge of warehouse ERP/WMS, inventory control, and data analysis
• Demonstrated budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control abilities
• Experience with Lean/Kaizen/5S and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse managers and supervisors; set performance expectations
• Develop and execute warehouse strategy, standards, policies, and procedures
• Establish and monitor KPIs for inventory accuracy, material flow, productivity, service, and safety
• Align capacity, staffing, equipment, and storage with production and project demand
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and ERP data integrity
• Drive safety culture and regulatory compliance; manage third-party performance as needed
• Lead system, reporting, and process-improvement initiatives across warehouses
• Support cross-functional collaboration to resolve material-flow constraints
