Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Walton, Kentucky is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan layouts of storage areas and coordinate turnover, size, and weight considerations for items handled. This role requires 3–4 years of relevant experience and 2–3 years of supervisory experience, plus a high school diploma or GED.

You will lead teams, assign duties, monitor quality and safety, and resolve issues to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years relevant, job-related experience.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans layout of warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored
• Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow
• Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Maintains harmony among workers and resolves issues
• Advises and Enforce safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned.
