Yoh Services LLC has an Intermediate/Advanced Materials Coordinator opening in Billerica, MA for a 12-month contract to hire. The role pays $23–$28 per hour and requires strong inventory control, ERP/M2M experience, and cross-functional collaboration.

The position covers Stockroom and Materials operations, including cycle counts, material transfers, and supplier expediting, with opportunities to train others and improve material flow.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize daily activities in stockroom and materials to support production.
• Ability to conduct inventory tasks and maintain accuracy in records using M2M or similar systems.
• Proficiency with ERP/inventory management systems and keyboard/office tools.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily activities in Stockroom and Materials to support production schedules and customer requirements.
• Assist at Westford offsite warehouse with order picking and materials coverage as needed.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, cycle count variances, and nonconforming material; perform cycle counts.
• Locate, audit, transfer, and stage kits or materials for production and shipping needs.
• Receive materials and update inventory records; process transactions in M2M or similar systems.
• Monitor shortage reports to ensure material availability for production.
• Coordinate processing and disposition of nonconforming material per procedures.
• Minimize excess inventory by relocating, consolidating, or disposing of material as directed.
• Organize stockroom locations to maximize storage capacity and improve inventory accuracy.
• Expedite material deliveries from suppliers when requested by management.
• Train and certify Material Coordinators on processes and safe work practices.
• Follow established processes and maintain accurate documentation for inventory transactions.
• Support inventory control initiatives by identifying excess or obsolete material and assisting with rework or scrap.
• Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks) after certification.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures.
