Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations in Fort Worth, TX, ensuring accurate, efficient receipt, storage and distribution of products. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Warehouse Distribution within the Beverage industry.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with Lean/5S knowledge.
• Certification in Food Grade Safety preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and OSHA-related practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse supervisors and frontline associates to meet performance expectations.
• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and inventory management to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain layout, slotting, and material flow; drive Lean/5S initiatives and automation efforts.
• Develop and implement SOPs; monitor KPIs like OTIF, order accuracy, and storage capacity.
• Provide input to strategic decisions affecting the warehouse function.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulatory requirements; use WMS/ERP to track performance.
