STAUFF Corporation in Waldwick, NJ seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment and shipping. You will drive safety, accuracy, and on-time performance while developing a high-performing team.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, continuous improvement, and adherence to 5S, ISO 9001:2015, OSHA requirements and company procedures to meet customer requirements and optimize costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of warehouse experience with receiving, shipping and inventory control.
• Previous supervisory or warehouse management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to read/write in English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily inbound receiving and outbound shipping activities for efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor operations to meet customer service requirements.
• Maintain equipment and tools per schedule; manage documentation and packaging standards.
• Partner with Inventory Specialist to maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and put-away processes.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and develop warehouse personnel; promote safety and continuous improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure 5S and OSHA compliance in the warehouse.
