Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations for our Brookshire, TX area facility. You will oversee internal processes and external warehouse providers, drive safety, quality, and service while aligning with production schedules and our US Win in the US strategy.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of manufacturing warehouse experience, 3+ years in leadership, and proficiency with SAP and WMS.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of warehouse, distribution, or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of leadership in warehouse/logistics operations
• Experience managing 3PL or external warehouse providers
• Proficiency with SAP warehouse transactions and WMS systems

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Oversee 3PL providers, establish KPIs, audits and performance monitoring.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with SAP and WMS; lead cycle counts and annual inventories.
• Manage space utilization and transfers between external warehouses and manufacturing.
