Job summary

Grundfos seeks a results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations at the Brookshire, TX facility. You will drive safety, quality, and cost performance while supporting production schedules and on-time delivery.

This role requires 7+ years in manufacturing warehousing, 3+ years of leadership, and experience managing 3PL partners. On-site work is required, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and team development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of warehouse, distribution, or supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing warehouse/logistics operations and personnel
• Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) or external warehouse providers
• Proficiency with SAP warehouse transactions and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Must work on-site in Brookshire, TX plant 5 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory control to ensure uninterrupted material flow to manufacturing
• Oversee third-party warehouse providers by establishing KPIs, conducting audits, monitoring performance, and optimizing the external warehouse network for cost and service efficiency
• Maintain inventory accuracy through SAP and WMS, lead cycle count programs and annual physical inventories, and drive corrective actions on discrepancies
• Manage warehouse space utilization, storage capacity planning, and material transfers between external warehouses and manufacturing facilities
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors, leads, and associates while promoting a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
• Ensure full compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, EHS requirements, and environmental procedures including waste disposal and spill response
