Qualifications
- Technical degree or professional training.
- At least 5 years of professional industrial maintenance experience.
- At least 4 years of conveyor and automatic sortation maintenance experience.
- HVAC and welding certifications.
- Read blueprints and CAD drawings.
- Experience with 480V/3-phase equipment and controls.
- Knowledge of PLC and automated systems.
- Familiar with OSHA regulations.
- Proficient with MP2/DataStream 7i/Maintenance Connection.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English for safety and instructions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair refrigeration systems, plumbing, lighting, doors, air systems, racking, CCTV, and cabling.
- Analyze and troubleshoot automation malfunctions using PLC and online applications.
- Develop approved system modifications and procure resources to complete them.
- Perform welding and fabrication as required.
- Research parts, tools, and technology for upgrades.
- Train lower grade mechanics and promote safety practices.
- Work safely to prevent injuries and damage to products and equipment.
- Other duties may be assigned.
