Siemens AG is seeking a mid-level Logistics Manager in Grand Prairie, Texas, to lead warehouse and transportation operations with a focus on kitting, on-time shipping, and inventory accuracy. The role partners with Production, Planning, Quality, and Transportation to meet customer expectations and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in warehouse/logistics within manufacturing, strong WMS/ERP experience, and proven leadership.

Formación

• 7+ years in warehouse/logistics in manufacturing
• 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience with warehouse operations, kitting operations, material handling systems, and transportation logistics
• Proficiency in WMS and ERP software
• Experience managing carrier relationships and performance
• Strong analytical, root cause, and problem solving skills
• Experience working with Workday, SAP, or Oracle ERP systems
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsabilidades

• Lead operations with a focus on kitting, shipping, customer delivery performance, and inventory accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement and monitor daily KPI performance.
• Develop a high performing team delivering accurate, on-time shipments to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Partner across Production, Planning, Quality, and Transportation to ensure kits are built and shipped on time.
• Oversee all day-to-day Logistics operations including receiving, put-away, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Identify and monitor KPIs to drive operational excellence.
• Ensure safe handling of materials and high safety/quality standards.
• Review procedures to optimize space, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
• Manage internal flow of materials to production areas and coordinate with production to minimize downtime.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of outgoing shipments (domestic and international).
• Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations including import/export and customs documentation.
