Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse managers and supervisors; set expectations and accountability.
• Develop and execute warehouse strategy, standards, policies and procedures.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for inventory, material flow, productivity and safety.
• Align capacity, staffing, equipment and storage with demand and schedules.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, expenditures and cost-reduction initiatives.
