Job summary

CheckSammy is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Mesquite, TX to oversee all warehouse operations, drive safety, and ensure efficient, sustainable practices. You will lead a team responsible for sorting, baling, recycling, and material movement while maintaining accountability and high performance.

The role requires 10+ years in facility management and strong OSHA knowledge. You will manage staffing, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to meet environmental targets and cost objectives.

Qualifications

10+ years in warehouse, production, or recycling facility management.
Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices.
Experience with cost control and P&L is a plus.

Experience with data reporting and ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enforce safety guidelines per OSHA standards.
Oversee daily warehouse activities including sorting, baling, loading/unloading.
Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Report throughput, cost, diversion, and efficiency metrics to leadership.
Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Sales, and Sustainability teams.
