Job summary

CheckSammy Inc. in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations at a Zero Point Facility, ensuring efficiency, safety, and alignment with sustainability goals.

You will lead a team responsible for sorting, baling, recycling, and material movement while upholding safety, accountability, and high performance. The role requires 10+ years in a relevant field, strong OSHA knowledge, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in warehouse, production, or recycling facility management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and warehouse safety practices.
• Experience in recycling or sustainability-focused operations preferred.
• Experience managing cost and P&L a plus.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Data reporting experience with ERP/WMS or similar systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security guidelines per OSHA standards.
• Improve morale, efficiency, speed, and accuracy on sorting lines.
• Enforce recycling, waste diversion, and reporting processes.
• Report metrics to senior management on throughput and cost.
• Foster a productive, safe, and high-performance culture.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities: sorting, baling, loading/unloading.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Sales, and Sustainability for reporting.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and evaluations.
• Monitor inventories of supplies and equipment; arrange maintenance.
• Identify process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
• Manage costs using P&L and other metrics.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
