Job summary

GPJ is hiring a Warehouse Lead to join our growing team in Las Vegas. You will oversee a team of Warehouse Specialists, setting schedules and ensuring efficient use of space for client lots.

You will manage timelines, communicate with stakeholders, and guide best practices while tracking production items and training staff. This on-site position requires travel and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in exhibit industry a plus, warehouse setup and staffing.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Warehouse Specialists on all jobs.
• Set working hours for staff with oversight from Warehouse Manager.
• Organize client lots regarding layout, racking, and space utilization.
• Manage timelines and deadlines; communicate workload changes to stakeholders.
• Time tracking, file organization, training, and continuous skill improvement.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager on upcoming tasks and goals.
